“Because true beauty comes from within, from the person you are.”
Sara Ella, Author of Unraveled

It’s an overcast Sunday morning, you told your partner you were out “running errands” but found yourself roaming the isles of the local drugstore. Don’t deny it, we’ve all done it!
You pick up the first moisturizer you see, even though you’re not sure what you’re reading, you turn the product over. “For glowing skin,” it states in big fancy letters. Perfect, radiant like a goddess! But then you look to the left, and see another with prettier packaging, but also ten dollars more expensive. Wait, which one do I want?
As you are deciding, another customer turns the corner and you feel as if you’ve been in the same aisle for eternity. Nervous, you throw the more expensive one in your cart and head to the register before the husband starts wondering why “getting milk” is taking so long. Of course you couldn’t let that stranger, which you will never see again, judge you for picking the cheap one.
Later that evening, your home smells of dinner and accomplishment. Skin has just been cleansed and you are excited to try your new promising moisturizer. The consistency is slimy, but it smells like roses and glides on well. A slight tingle means its working right?!?
While relaxing on the couch, you find yourself scratching at your face, so you head to the washroom. Your skin is inflamed and bright red. You watch the top layer of skin shedding dry patches. Picking up the jar, you notice the long list of ingredients that you can’t pronounce. What in the world is a “Alpha Hydroxy Acid.” Embarrassed, you try scrubbing it off, making your skin more fragile. That expensive new moisturizer goes straight into the trash.
Well rest assured, I’m here to make sure that will never happen to you again! It all starts by learning your skin type. Once identified, you can spend that hard earned money on items, you won’t need to return.
